Dogs are not allowed here on the hotel's own beach - but your pet is welcome here and you will find a special dog meadow between Strandbad Klagenfurt and Maria Loretto. The Seehaus is quietly located on a slope and yet only a few minutes' walk from the center of Reifnitz, a district of Maria Wörth. If you wish, there is a fresh “semmerl” service in the morning. Alternatively, breakfast is offered at an exclusive price in the village bakery in Reifnitz, a 5-minute walk away. Golf fans will also get their money's worth here - many exclusive golf offers can be booked on site. To make your journey as relaxed as possible, you can book a transfer in advance (train station and Klagenfurt airport, for a fee).

Reifnitz is exactly the right place for those who are active in sports. Whether children or adults, water sports here offer something for everyone. Many forest and meadow paths invite you to hike, run, Nordic walking and mountain biking. The 40 km long cycle tour around the lake can be interrupted at any time for some sights along the way or for a cooling swim. The nearest hiking trail is only about 150 m and a Nordic walking route and the next cycle path are only 50 m away from the house. Nordic walking equipment can be provided in the house and cycling and hiking maps are available on site.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
