This modernly furnished terraced chalet for a maximum of 6 people is located in the lively town of Kötschach-Mauthen, just a few minutes' walk from the center with its street cafés, shops and places to eat.

The chalet is very fully furnished and offers a large living room with a wood burning fireplace and patio doors leading onto the garden and a modern open plan kitchen. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a second toilet. The attic, which you reach via a staircase, offers additional space for 2 people. You can park directly at the chalet.

It is an ideal destination for both sun and snow holidays. For the active, sporty vacationer, but also ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. Kötschach is known for its magnificent nature and healthy air. The Kötschach-Mauthen / Vorhegg ski area is very suitable for families and can be easily reached on foot. With the free ski bus you can also reach the Nassfeld ski area in 20 minutes, one of the largest ski areas with 110 km of slopes, and after all activities you can relax in the subtropical swimming pool with sauna right in Kötschach-Mauthen.

In summer the possibilities are really endless, with a.o. Canoeing, rafting, mountain biking, mountaineering, swimming in natural pools, fishing, horseback riding, playing golf, etc. In short: Wonderful enjoyment in the sunny south of Austria.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
