This beautiful holiday apartment for a maximum of 3 people is part of a wooden holiday home and is located in Liebenfels in Carinthia, in the middle of nature on a large Berber horse stud farm. The ecologically built wooden holiday home is located at 1250 m above sea level in a secluded location in the middle of the pastures.

The detached wooden holiday home offers two separate, fully furnished and modern holiday apartments on 2 floors.

This 45m² apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 people and is located on the upper floor and has a large bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living and dining room with a sofa bed and a modern, open and fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a spacious, large fenced terrace with a south-east orientation overlooking the horse paddocks, as well as a breathtaking view of the Klagenfurt Basin and the Karawanken mountain range.

The wooden holiday home is surrounded by pure nature and wonderful hiking and riding trails. The state capital Klagenfurt, the famous Wörthersee and Italy are only 30 minutes away by car. The Simonhöhe, an absolute hiking and biking paradise and in winter the nearest ski area with 15 kilometers of slopes and 7 lifts, can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Other ski areas such as the Hirnkopf-Flattnitz family ski area with 8 kilometers of slopes and the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area with 52 kilometers of fully snow-covered slopes can also be easily reached by car.

In summer, the Kraigersee lido in Seebichl offers lots of swimming fun! There are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs directly in Liebenfels.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
