Villa Monaco, situated in village Bonašini offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. This beautiful villa is set on a large plot and immersed into the untouched nature of Istria and it is surrounded by a vast olive plantation.
A spacious terrace fitted with sunbeds and parasols as well as an outdoor swimming pool and a shared garden is at your disposal, which makes this place ideal for a nice and relaxing family or friends vacation. Outside of villa offers many activities for your stay. You can enjoy a volleyball court, table tennis, and a children's playground. The outside area also includes an outdoor jacuzzi as well as a barbecue with an outside dining area. There is also a small park just next to the house with a pond, rivulet, sheep, chickens, ducks, horses, and peacocks where you can unwind in an additional outdoor dining area while enjoying the beautiful Istrian nature and relaxing all your senses. In Villa, you can also find a gym, sauna, and jacuzzi. Villa Monaco is fully air-conditioned, has WiFi, and private parking for four cars.

Villa Monaco lies in a peaceful countryside setting and is therefore not suitable as a party house. Youth groups are not permitted. Kindly note the property can not be booked for groups under the age of 27.

This beautiful villa set in a peaceful country site can perfectly fit up to ten people. Villa Monaco contains 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, spacious living room with fireplace, dining room with large dining table and well-equipped kitchen.
It features free WiFi, air conditioning as well as Cable LCD TV. Open space living room comes with seating area and sofa and it is combined with dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and glasses, oven, grill, stove, and kettle). Bedrooms are furnished with large double beds.

Outside of villa offers many activities for your stay. You can enjoy the jacuzzi, volleyball court, table tennis, children's playground. In the area, you will find a large park for walking and watching domestic animals – horses, sheep, chickens, peacocks, ducks. In Villa, you can also find a gym, sauna, and jacuzzi.

You have access to a washing machine and dryer. Hairdryer, as well as linens and towels, are at your disposal.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
