“The furniture is in bad condition, the bath is actually not a bath, my 10-year-old son doesn't fit in it yet. But the biggest problem is that it is described as a cozy villa with private pool, but that is not at all not recommended for a family with children”

“The staff is pleasant to welcome and service.I deplore the state of the premises, the apartments are uncomfortable. The state of cleanliness leaves to desire. The beds were of a very poor quality, the fridge was broken and had not even been defrosted, even worse the soundproofing of the apartment. In the building complex there are owners and tenants who do not respect the midnight silence at 8:00 am But the icing on the cake is that you do a big work to demolish walls in apartments Which you make to renovate, this during the tourist season.In relay of the noise caused by the neighbors at night, I had to endure the blows of burrin hammer during the day! “This is much too small for four people apartment has sole advantage that it is conveniently located within walking distance to kwa beach and shops and there is a covered parking for EUR 10 per night was available. It is located on the third floor without the presence of elevators. The decor is very basic and outdated and there is also a backlog of maintenance. In particular, the kitchen has been far from comfortable. Leaning cabinets, shelves missing, damaged counter tops and very limited utensils. There are only four drinking glasses available (small soda glasses), so no wine, beer, bubbling or highball glass. Moreover, absent teapot, kettle, or kettle, meat and bread knives, opener, scale, dishes, bowls, coasters, etc, etc. Freezer compartment in fridge malfunctions, faulty door and an electric stove lacks some button labels (worn ). Present pans are suitable for electric cooking and baking, so it takes longer than usual. “We arrived at the apartment and we wanted right back home a good friend of mine has immediately bought a new bed because the bed was full of dust and I had within 3 minutern itching of my skin I was the first with my slippers in the shower and the shower head was quickly broke down which water gushed through the entire bathroom in this apartment in Empuriabrava you just walk on diseases”

“The accommodations are uniquely positioned in the resort. Shops, beach activities. The city is very clean. But in the rental, you must love to live with its neighbors! the "acoustic insulation is deplorable.
