The apartment complex is situated practically directly on the seaside beach. The perfect location allows you to conveniently enjoy the charms of the coast at any time of the day (and even night). The apartment building is located at the eastern end of the resort (Ustronie Morskie), where the beach is wider and certainly less crowded due to the distance from the city center. However, all the attractions of the resort are within a few steps (approx. 300 m to the center).
Comfortable, all-year-round apartments located in a modern building right next to the beach. The apartments have a sea view (side or direct). Each apartment consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave oven), bedroom and bathroom (shower, washing machine). Each apartment has a balcony or terrace with a set of garden furniture. There are also sun loungers.
The apartment complex has a cafe, which also serves breakfast in the morning.
The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, WiFi internet.

Ustronie Morskie is located in Western Pomerania, 10 km east of Kołobrzeg. A sandy, clean beach, a walking pier, seaside climate, and a picturesque cliff are the advantages of this resort. Ustronie Morskie is a well-known and popular resort on the Polish coast - many cultural and sports events are organized here. Active, in addition to sunbathing and sea bathing, can take advantage of hiking and biking tours, horse riding and sightseeing flights. The water in this region is one of the cleanest on the Polish Baltic coast and safety is ensured by qualified lifeguards equipped with specialist equipment.
Local attractions: fishing harbor and colorful fishing boats on the beach. There are two promenades in Ustronie Morskie. Lovers of swimming in the pool are invited to the local Helios Aquapark (indoor swimming pool, outdoor pool, hydro massage, whirlpool). This sports complex also offers a bowling alley, tennis courts and sports fields. Aqapark is only 300 meters away from the apartments.
Due to the location at the eastern end of the resort, you can quickly go for a walk towards the neighboring village (Wieniotowo). The road goes through a forest where you can find military monuments from World War II (bunkers, etc.).
In Ustronie Morskie, it is worth visiting the Bread Open-Air Museum, where you can try bread baked according to ancient, natural recipes. Bread is baked in a 120-year-old bread oven. You can also see historic items that are closely related to the bread baking process (old burrs, churns, slicers, etc.).
The international bicycle route R-10 runs through Ustronie Morskie, which allows you to easily and pleasantly cycle to Kołobrzeg, approx. 10 km away (a city with many monuments, a lighthouse, a long walking pier, a promenade). On the way, you pass Sianożęty - a small summer resort. Driving in the opposite direction (to the east), you can visit Gąski (lighthouse), Sarbinowo, and even Mielno located on the spit between the Baltic coast and Lake Jamno.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
