A very nice and cozy holiday studio for 2 people, with a balcony, in a quiet, residential part of Kołobrzeg, close to the beautiful sandy beach. The accommodation is located in the western part of the resort, and this location ensures relative peace and quiet, even during the summer season. The western Kołobrzeg beach also has the advantage that even in summer you can feel comfortable on it, it is not as crowded as it is closer to the city center. However, you can quickly and efficiently travel to the heart of the resort by bike, city bus or even on foot (approx. 20 minutes walk).
A comfortable 2-person studio is located on the first floor of a small guesthouse. It is a room that serves as a bedroom (fold-out, 2-seater sofa) and a living room (table for 2 people, TV). The room is connected with a nicely arranged and well-equipped kitchen. There is of course a bathroom with shower. There is a communal washing machine in the property, which you can use at no extra charge.
On the other side of the street (20 m), the owner of the property has another guesthouse, which has a shared lounge in the garden, with a gazebo, barbecue facilities and deckchairs.
On the ground floor of the building there is a bar where you can order a nutritious breakfast or a tasty home-made dinner.
The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, WiFi internet, parking, and a high chair (prior reservation required).
Accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The perfect location allows direct and quick access to the wonderful and wide beach. There is also the longest bicycle path in Poland (R-10), only 300 meters from the holiday resort.
Nearby attractions: The international bicycle route R-10 runs nearby and connects almost all towns on the Polish Baltic coast.
The apartment is located in a quiet, quiet residential area, but for people who want to get a lot more attractions, you can go to the center of Kołobrzeg, enjoying the many attractions that this city offers. In the city, we can visit the wonderful port, pier, seaside promenade, all enriched with many different events and attractions all year round. We can get to the city center by regular public transport, bicycle path or car.
The neighboring town of Dźwirzyno is also a seaside town bordering on Grzybowo and Kołobrzeg, with a typical tourist character. The location is worth visiting because of the Resko lake, where you can spend time actively, renting various types of swimming equipment. The main attraction on the lake is windsurfing due to the shallow state of the lake and the favorable wind.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
