About the holiday home

2 holiday apartments, 44251 and 44252, with views over Røldalsvatnet and 5-10 minutes drive from Røldal ski center. Final cleaning and linen included in the price.

From the holiday apartments there is access to the terrace from the living room. Both apartments have cable TV with Norwegian channels, TV2 and NRK. Internet for surfing. High chair and cot can be rented on request.

Winter in Røldal is known as a powder paradise with "Europe's deepest snow". The ski lifts 4 km from the holiday apartment are open from November to May, and the peak hiking season for skiing is for the most eager possible most of the year. Ski passes can be purchased at reception.

Summer in Røldal is the perfect starting point for several of Norway's most famous mountain hikes. You come to Preikestolen, Trolltunga and Hardangervidda on day trips. Short way to the fantastic Hardangerfjord. The Røldal area also has many hiking trails in different terrain, and you will find, among other things, 50 mountain peaks over 1000 meters in the mountains around the village. Here you can plan hikes, arrange fishing equipment, and buy fishing licenses on site.

Røldal Stave Church is among the few stave churches in Norway that still stand and are in regular use, and well worth a visit.
