The intimate apartment building is located in the very heart of the resort, actually right next to the beach, because it is only about 80 meters from the seashore. There are many restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes, etc. nearby.
The comfortable, 40-meter apartment is located on the ground floor and has an independent entrance from the outside. The apartment includes a huge, 50-meter terrace with a set of lounge furniture. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a table with chairs and a TV. In addition, there is a bedroom with a large double bed, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
There is Wi-Fi internet at guests' disposal. There is a secure car park (extra charge) within the fenced property.
The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, water and electricity consumption, WiFi internet.
Ustronie Morskie is located in West Pomerania, 10 km east of Kołobrzeg. A sandy, clean beach, a walking pier, a seaside climate, a picturesque cliff are the advantages of this resort. Ustronie Morskie is a well-known and popular holiday resort on the Polish coast - many cultural and sports events are organized here. Active people, in addition to sunbathing and sea bathing, can take advantage of hiking and biking trips, horse riding and scenic flights. The water in this region is one of the cleanest on the Polish Baltic coast, and safety is ensured by qualified lifeguards equipped with specialized equipment.
Attractions in the area: fishing harbor and colorful fishing boats standing on the beach. There are two walking piers in Ustronie Morskie. Enthusiasts of swimming in the pool are invited to the local Aquapark Helios (indoor swimming pool, outdoor pool, hydro massages, whirlpool). The sports complex also has a bowling alley, tennis courts and sports fields. The aquapark is approx. 300 m from the resort.
In Ustronie Morskie, Skansen Bread is worth visiting, where you can try bread baked according to ancient, natural recipes. The bread is baked in a 120-year-old bread oven. You can also see historic objects that are closely related to the process of baking bread (old querns, churns, slicers, dochówka, etc.).
Ustronie Morskie is crossed by the international R-10 bicycle route, which allows you to easily and pleasantly cycle to Kołobrzeg, which is about 10 km away (a city with many monuments, a lighthouse, a long walking pier, and a promenade). On the way, you pass Sianożęty - a small summer resort. Going in the opposite direction (east) you can visit Gąski (the lighthouse), Sarbinowo and even Mielno located on the spit between the Baltic Sea and Lake Jamno.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
