Yes, this holiday apartment has a unique location in the middle of the pedestrian street in Løkken and in a beautiful bathhouse style you can enjoy staying in the city center, while you can be in peace on the apartment's lovely terrace in the middle of Søndergade. The apartment has a kitchenette and a spacious bathroom, and here is exactly what you need to have a holiday in the middle of Løkken with just 200 meters to the beach. Access to the apartment is direct from Søndergade, where the entrance is marked with By Sommerhuse. From here it is just a few steps to Søndre Strandvej, which leads you directly down to the beach and the pier. On the way there you will encounter opportunities for shopping and restaurant visits, etc.

When you live in this holiday apartment, as mentioned, you have everything within short reach. Shops, restaurants, cafes and activities are just a few steps away. Take a walk on the beach and try your hand at water sports, or visit Løkken Sports Center, where you can swim, play paddle tennis or work out in the fitness center. If you're more into speed and excitement, Action House with go-karting and bowling is also nearby. If you want to explore more of the area in a wider radius, Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse, Lønstrup and Blokhus are obvious excursion destinations. In high season, there are also a multitude of events and activities in Løkken itself.

The apartment is non-smoking, and youth groups are not allowed. There is no TV in the apartment.

Løkken has various sights, a great beach and a vibrant nightlife. Løkken Strand is unique - for besides its white, fine sand and clean water you will both find the White Town and bunkers from World War 2 on the 19 km long sandy beach. During the summer you can see the many white beach houses on the beach, a beautiful sight. According to rules and tradition, the houses must be white and are therefore known as the White Town. The beach is also perfect for various activities, e.g. ball games, kite flying, splashing in the ocean or just enjoying the sun on a relaxing day.

Rental agreement and directions

Shortly after booking holiday accommodation through DanCenter you will receive your booking confirmation. This confirmation constitutes your rental agreement containing all necessary information. On the first page you will find information about the addresses of your holiday home and the key pick up place, as well as a directions on how to find the house. On the following pages you will find the invoice for the stay you have booked complete with transfer order/inpayment form, stating the due dates.

On arrival at the key pick up point, you will be asked to present your rental agreement whereupon you will be handed your key as well as an electricity-envelope on which the meter readings of all consumption dependant expenses (electricity, heating, water, etc.) are to be noted upon arrival as well as departure.

Arrival can take place from 4 p.m. on the day the rental period commences.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you can not reach your destination until eg. late evening, our local offices will be closed. Therefore please contact us in time to make arrangements with regards to the key and the deposit. Extras

All holiday homes are equipped with all kitchen utensils, duvets and pillows necessary for the maximum amount of persons, which the house can room. Bed linen, dish cloths, table cloths etc. can be rented at the local office or online, if you prefer not to bring these items yourselves.

When you book a baby cot, please note that we can not guarantee space for the cot in the master bedroom. If the house description say there is a cot in the house and you only need one, booking is unnecessary.

You can also book delivery of the extras you rent. This way you do not need to drive several times between the holiday home and local office.

Please note that in high season, extras might be sold out. Therefore we recommend you to always book extras and final cleaning when booking your holiday home.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
