Details about the cottage:
This charming and classic cottage of 87 m2 has space for 5 holidaymakers. Here you get a cozy holiday home where you can enjoy the view of the beautiful landscape all year round – both inside and from the large terrace, or from the house's conservatory.

If it's a bit chilly outside, it's a good idea to gather in the large and open kitchen/dining room and living room, where there is ample opportunity to cozy up with games or films on the television while the food simmers in the background.

The cottage has three bedrooms with the following bed distribution: two double beds and one single bed.

Outdoor area:
This cottage is located on a large and lovely plot of 1300 m² in the middle of Furreby - the quiet and charming holiday village just north of Løkken. The area is known for its beautiful nature, relaxed atmosphere and proximity to both the beach and town. Here you get the best of both worlds – peaceful surroundings at the same time as a short distance to the centre of Løkken, where you will find shops, cafés, shopping and good transport options.

From the house there are charming paths that lead you down to the North Sea – and it only takes about five minutes to walk the approximately 400 meters to the wide, white sandy beach. Here there is room for both walks, swimming and relaxing in the dunes.

The garden has plenty of space for playing and outdoor life, and for the youngest guests there is both a swing set and a slide. In addition, the house has a large, sunny terrace with good shelter, where you can enjoy both your morning coffee and long summer evenings under the open sky.

The cottage is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed.
Important note –

• Rebooking is allowed once within the same reservation year.

• A refundable deposit may be required before arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. The final costs are based on actual consumption, and any remaining amounts will be refunded within 21 days after check-out.

• Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of DKK 150.

• Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.

• Keys are handed in and returned via the key box on site.

• Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to rent the property. Smoking is prohibited.

Løkken has various sights, a great beach and a vibrant nightlife. Løkken Strand is unique - for besides its white, fine sand and clean water you will both find the White Town and bunkers from World War 2 on the 19 km long sandy beach. During the summer you can see the many white beach houses on the beach, a beautiful sight. According to rules and tradition, the houses must be white and are therefore known as the White Town. The beach is also perfect for various activities, e.g. ball games, kite flying, splashing in the ocean or just enjoying the sun on a relaxing day.

In Løkken you will find Løkken fishing park, open all year. The fishing park is approx. 5-6 acres and is a unique natural area. The 2 large lakes with sand bottom, surrounded by a high bank and forest, have rainbow trout and creek trouts ranging from 1 - 10 kilos.

Løkken has a large number of good eateries and in centre of town you will find the brewery. The beer is made according to tradition and a visit here is a very special experience - whether you like beer or not. For the children, a visit to the hard candy maker is a must. Rental agreement and directions

Shortly after booking holiday accommodation through DanCenter you will receive your booking confirmation. This confirmation constitutes your rental agreement containing all necessary information. On the first page you will find information about the addresses of your holiday home and the key pick up place, as well as a directions on how to find the house. On the following pages you will find the invoice for the stay you have booked complete with transfer order/inpayment form, stating the due dates.

On arrival at the key pick up point, you will be asked to present your rental agreement whereupon you will be handed your key as well as an electricity-envelope on which the meter readings of all consumption dependant expenses (electricity, heating, water, etc.) are to be noted upon arrival as well as departure.

Arrival can take place from 4 p.m. on the day the rental period commences.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you can not reach your destination until eg. late evening, our local offices will be closed. Therefore please contact us in time to make arrangements with regards to the key and the deposit. Extras

All holiday homes are equipped with all kitchen utensils, duvets and pillows necessary for the maximum amount of persons, which the house can room. Bed linen, dish cloths, table cloths etc. can be rented at the local office or online, if you prefer not to bring these items yourselves.

When you book a baby cot, please note that we can not guarantee space for the cot in the master bedroom. If the house description say there is a cot in the house and you only need one, booking is unnecessary.

You can also book delivery of the extras you rent. This way you do not need to drive several times between the holiday home and local office.

Please note that in high season, extras might be sold out. Therefore we recommend you to always book extras and final cleaning when booking your holiday home.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
