About the holiday home

Lovely room, which with shared facilities and activity room amounts to 130 sq m.

This lovely holiday home near both Løkken and Lønstrup gives you the opportunity to rent one of the four rooms, all of which share super shared facilities! The entire home is 160 m² and is located in quiet, scenic surroundings. Here you have access to a large, enclosed garden and a spacious common area. The four rooms have a shared bathroom, toilet, living room/activity room, kitchen, garden and terrace.

The activity room is a natural gathering point where you can let loose with TV, pool, table football, air hockey and table tennis - so there is no risk of getting bored here. The large, enclosed garden is ideal for playing and relaxing for both children, adults and dogs. The home is beautifully located in an open field landscape with a view of Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse to the northwest and Børglum Monastery to the southeast. At the same time, it is a short distance by car or bicycle to both Løkken, Lønstrup, shopping opportunities and the North Sea.

The holiday home itself consists of the main house's attached longhouse with a shared entrance and patio door. The room is furnished with a new luxury bed from Høie, 150 cm, and there is a wall-mounted TV. The common areas alone are 120 m², so the entire home is a good 130 m². If you are coming as a larger party, several rooms can be rented at the same time - with room for up to 10 people.

The small kitchen has a table and four chairs as well as a hob, microwave, oven, two refrigerators, electric kettle, coffee maker and TV. There is also a large dining area in the common room, where everyone can gather.
If you want a breakfast plate, it can be ordered the day before on site.
Outdoors, the garden invites you to relax. It is framed by a wooden railing and lit by well-placed lamps, which create a cozy atmosphere in the evening.
The entire longhouse section with the rooms is non-smoking, and youth groups are not allowed.

• Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year.

• A refundable deposit may be required prior to arrival to cover consumption and any extras. Final charges will be based on actual consumption and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days of check-out.

• Lost items will be returned for a postage fee plus a handling fee of DKK 150.

• Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.

• Keys are to be dropped off and returned via the on-site key box.

• Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to rent the property. Smoking is prohibited.

Løkken Strand is unique - for besides its white, fine sand and clean water you will both find the White Town and bunkers from World War 2 on the 19 km long sandy beach. During the summer you can see the many white beach houses on the beach, a beautiful sight. According to rules and tradition, the houses must be white and are therefore known as the White Town. Rental agreement and directions

Shortly after booking holiday accommodation through DanCenter you will receive your booking confirmation. This confirmation constitutes your rental agreement containing all necessary information. On the first page you will find information about the addresses of your holiday home and the key pick up place, as well as a directions on how to find the house. On the following pages you will find the invoice for the stay you have booked complete with transfer order/inpayment form, stating the due dates.

On arrival at the key pick up point, you will be asked to present your rental agreement whereupon you will be handed your key as well as an electricity-envelope on which the meter readings of all consumption dependant expenses (electricity, heating, water, etc.) are to be noted upon arrival as well as departure.

Arrival can take place from 4 p.m. on the day the rental period commences.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you can not reach your destination until eg. late evening, our local offices will be closed. Therefore please contact us in time to make arrangements with regards to the key and the deposit. Extras

All holiday homes are equipped with all kitchen utensils, duvets and pillows necessary for the maximum amount of persons, which the house can room. Bed linen, dish cloths, table cloths etc. can be rented at the local office or online, if you prefer not to bring these items yourselves.

When you book a baby cot, please note that we can not guarantee space for the cot in the master bedroom. If the house description say there is a cot in the house and you only need one, booking is unnecessary.

You can also book delivery of the extras you rent. This way you do not need to drive several times between the holiday home and local office.

Please note that in high season, extras might be sold out. Therefore we recommend you to always book extras and final cleaning when booking your holiday home.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
