Spacious holiday home, named as De Zagerij in Rendeux, Belgium, was originally a sawmill, powered by a water wheel installed at the small stream that flows here. Comprising 2 houses and 2 living rooms, you can maintain privacy while vacationing together. Perfect place for nature lovers, you can go for nature walks directly from here.

Durbuy, La Roche en Ardennes, Barvaux, Hotton, Rendeux, Marche and Famenne, Houffalize, Dinant, Huy can be conveniently explored after a drive. But you can also make excursions to Malmedy and Rochefort.

Heating and fireplace will make the home cosy. 2 waste containers, black for normal waste, green for kitchen (compostable) waste will be collected from the street on Tuesday. Several board games, table football, bar are available in the house(left). Smoking is not allowed, ashtrays are placed at every door that opens to outdoors. Please place the price of wood used in the jar on the mantelpiece while leaving. You can park in the parking lot.

Please do not use the radio after 20:00, in order to respect the tranquillity of the surroundings.

Due to safety reasons, it is forbidden to charge an electric car via the holiday home's domestic power network. If an electric car is charged via the holiday home's domestic power network, extra costs will be charged.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
Due to safety reasons, it is forbidden to charge an electric car via the holiday home's domestic power network
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
