It has a beautiful garden and dreamy patio furnished where you can chill, enjoy, have meals and click some great pictuures Free Wifi and Washing Machine ensures comfort and convenience.

Take walks through the beautiful nature or get on a bike to explore the area in an alternative way. Commute along nearby towns such as Vellereux, Bertogne and Compogne or cast your fishing rod in the river Ourthe (1 km).

There is plenty to do here, while the children have fun on the swing, you can lean back on the garden furniture. Cot and High-chair can be availed to comfort toddlers. Prepare your favorite meal in the well-equipped kitchen or pour a nice drink on the terrace. BBQ, Garden, Terrace are some of the outdoor amenities to add to your delight. Central heating will keep indoors cosy and heated.

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
