About the holiday home

Situated close to the town centre and river Lesse, this 5-bedroom holiday home in Libin features an infrared sauna, bubble bath for a relaxed holiday and is ideal for a group of 13 or families with children.

Redu is a popular book town and is nearby at 2 km. River Lesse is at 100 m and the forest is just round the corner. You can visit Libin at 11 km and Libramont at 16 km in a short drive. Other attraction include the basilica in Saint-Hubert, the caves of Han-sur-Lesse and Rochehaut at 27 km. The town centre is nearby at 2 km and the restaurants and supermarket are 3km away. The Euro Space centre at 6 km is also worth a visit.

After a day's activity you can relax with the sauna and bubble bath or lounge in the sitting room with fireplace. There is central heating for warmth. You can play billiards or relax with a barbecue in the terrace with furnished garden. Kids can sleep well on the children's bed while you have cosy double beds and single beds at your disposal.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 20 years of age are not permitted

“We really enjoyed the house. The facilities such as the sauna and the hot tub are very nice and in good condition. for the rest, there was wood for the fireplace and the house was well supplied. The location of the house near the river and on a quiet road is also beautiful. Very suitable for a group. The hostess was also very attentive and flexible. Recommended!”

“Very nice house, Close to the forest, beautiful walking routes. Everything is present in the house. Nice rooms with sufficient bathrooms. The only "downside", if we can even talk about a downside, is that you have to go outside the house to go to the basement where the sauna and jacuzzi are. But this is not disturbing. Recommended. Easy contact with the owner. Beautiful surroundings.”

“Great house, well equipped kitchen, everything is there, beautiful garden, beautiful surroundings. You can make many beautiful walks directly from the house. We found great value for money. A blemish. Watch out for the neighbor/landlord building underneath. He is very sensitive to the slightest "nuisance" of cheerful youth and then immediately becomes very aggressive, he entered the house and made discriminatory remarks and did not want to leave. Put a stamp on our holiday feeling. As a result, the review score is good instead of fantastic. Windows kept closed at the front of the house during the rest of the holiday, even on hot days. We haven't seen him since, thankfully.”

“Stayed in the May holiday with two families and grandfather. Nice house, nice layout and a pleasant garden where you can find a sunny spot for every moment of the day. Located next to the Lesse and a walking route. Excellent base to the various cities such as Bouillon and Dinant. During the May holiday there is not much to do in the region (during the week).”

“From the start we were enchanted by the house and by the environment. The house has a lot of resources and you immediately feel at ease and welcome. There was even more luxury than that at what we expected (sauna, jacuzzi, numerous bathrooms). I read that some people were disappointed to discover that the lower part of the house had a separate entrance, but it all obviously depends on the constitution of the group that rent the house. In our case, for example, it was a welcome solution. The garden is large and immediately overlooks the forest, which allowed us to see does, raccoons and owls. The facilities available to organize a BBQ is another big advantage, if the future allows it is definitely a house we would like to rent again.”

I've never had to email and phone an owner several times to get the deposit back. Belvilla was also emailed and called, no response on their part. It may not have been conscious in these corona times. You might think that it is easy to earn, so every time 500 euros: /. A bitter conclusion to this Belvilla experience.”
