This charming holiday home is less than 5 km from the Spa-Francorchamps F1 circuit. Facilities include a kitchen, a living/dining room with a cosy fireplace and three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In the garden you can soak up the sun on the terrace and in the evening enjoy a cosy barbecue.

This region has much beauty to offer. The Hautes Fagnes, one of Belgium's most beautiful nature parks, is just 12 km away. Here you can go hiking, cycling and even cross-country skiing in winter, if there's enough snow. The town of Spa is also well worth a visit. Spa has traditionally been one of the most important spas in Europe. Even today, many people come to Spa to visit the springs and thermal baths, but also to relax on one of the many terraces, cafés and good restaurants.

Please note: groups of young people are not admitted. If it appears on arrival that this is the case, the owner is entitled to ask for a double deposit. This house is ideal for those looking for a quieter location.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
