“A compact, clean and fully equipped house. Nice terrace next to the house. The nature in the area (Ardennes) is wonderful. One of us is almost 2 meters tall and that was a problem in the bathroom and shower room, because those areas are quite low. Especially in the shower room it was not possible to stand upright. Furthermore, the living / dining room only has a window on one side, so it gets dark inside quite quickly, especially when the sun is not shining. But the positives far outweigh these practical "problems". The host/landlord was absent for 1.5 weeks out of the 2 that we were there, but turned out to be very friendly when we returned home. Contacted him through text messages during his absence.”

“Nice stay, quiet location but not too far from shops, etc. The holiday home is really only for 2 people, otherwise it will be too tight. Almost everything is there, we missed storage for dry food and the like. Keep in mind that this is 2 under 1 roof, owner lives at the rear. In the hall is a door, "obviously locked" that is connected to the owner's house, and of course you regularly hear noises there. Not really disturbing for us, but for others it may be. Friendly owner. Beautiful area for walking.”

“The holiday home is located on the outskirts of Aywaille, but very quiet with many hiking opportunities in the vicinity. Everything necessary was present as far as kitchen equipment and bath and bed linen are concerned (+ everything included in the rent). The house shone with cleanliness. The underfloor heating was excellent. When we met the (friendly) owner, he offered us a jar of home-grown honey. Two beers were kept fresh in the fridge.”

“we did not find the description complete, is not really a house, semi-detached is more correct, is more of an apartment, has no rear because the owner lives at the rear, you only have a view through the bathroom, there was also a sauna? inside it is equipped with every comfort and the owner is very friendly, everything is provided and even more, such as coffee, toilet paper, sheets, kitchen towels, bath towels, olive oil, herbs, tea, sugar, honey, so a lot, we paid a reduced price, so it was certainly value for money , ( the full price ) is too much for me , and the description is not sufficient . it is within walking distance of aywaille (30 min) and there is a nice pizzeria at 500 m, where you can also eat.”

“Super friendly owner, speaks French and English. Gave tips for the area. Received a jar of honey from his bees on arrival that he had in the back of the garden (you certainly didn't suffer from it, didn't see a bee during our stay). Everything is present in this house, kitchen roll, toilet paper, kitchen herbs, olive oil, washing up liquid, towels, dish cloths, coffee, tea, sugar, milk cups ...... Everything has really been thought of here. Highly recommended. House was immaculate.”

“Nice house, everything you need and very helpful owner! The three of us (2 adults and 1 baby) went on holiday to Aywaille. Unfortunately we didn't have such nice weather, so we often stayed inside. With a baby you are also very dependent on naps. Because of this we sometimes found the house a bit small. If you can go outside often, do things, it's definitely ok! It actually worked out perfectly for us too, it wasn't a big problem. Nice that there was a washing machine! However, drying options are limited (luxury problem). Nice terrace, but also on the small side. We had our own gas BBQ, BBQ is not present.”

This beautiful holiday home is ideally located in Aywaille and can accommodate 4 people thanks to 1 bedroom and a living/dining room with a double sofa bed. It is ideal for family holidays. The open kitchen with induction stove and coffee maker offers you the chance to start the day with a fresh cup of coffee and a breakfast of your choice. Television with Belgacom and Netflix. The house is ideally located at the gateway to the Belgian Ardennes!

The residence is only 19 km from Spa, where you can visit the famous Francorchamps circuit, among other things. The immediate vicinity of the cottage is ideal for cycling and walking tours and you can dine in the evening at the restaurant that is within walking distance of the house.
