This charming finca in Búger, located in the serene north of Mallorca, offers a perfect retreat for up to 4 guests. The property features two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both equipped with air conditioning and large closets for ample storage. The spacious living-dining room is comfortable and well-equipped with satellite TV, a stove, and air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout the year. Guests can also enjoy the outdoors, with a private fenced swimming pool, sunbeds, and a parasol on the terrace, making it an ideal spot to soak up the Mediterranean sun.

The finca is located in the picturesque village of Búger, characterized by narrow cobbled streets, traditional stone houses, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for leisurely exploration. The village is home to architectural gems, such as the parish church of San Pedro. A short drive from the property, you’ll find Sa Pobla, which offers supermarkets, restaurants, and gas stations. The north coast, with its beautiful beaches like Puerto de Alcudia and Can Picafort, is just 15-20 minutes away by car. Guests can also enjoy exploring the Tramuntana mountains, with hiking and cycling opportunities, as well as nearby villages like Caimari, Valldemossa, and the monastery of Lluc.

Inside, the finca features a fully equipped, independent kitchen with modern appliances including a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, and filter coffee maker, along with direct access to the outdoor area. The bathroom is complete with a bathtub and a hairdryer.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
