The apartment in Pals has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 persons. Accommodation of 80 m² tastefully-furnished and is fully-equiped, located on beach, It has waterfront and swimming pool. The property is located 20 m sand beach "es Grau", 20 m from the restaurant, 1 km golf course "Golf de Pals", 3 km supermarket, 5 km city "Pals" and it is located in a a residential zone and next to the sea. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: elevator, terrace, washing machine, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), heat pump, air-conditioned, swimming pool communal+children's, covered parking in the same building, 1 TV. The open plan kitchen, of induction, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

Reservations for groups of persons under 20 years of age are not permitted

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
