About the holiday home

Broomhurst Grove is a spacious converted barn and has been furnished with both comfort and style. It is a modern open plan design and all the rooms are on the ground level with stunning far reaching views across the countryside. The property is located on a small homestead with 52 acres, including 7 acres of woodland which you are welcome to explore and enjoy. This property will accept 2 dogs and has a fenced and secure garden with a patio seating area. The property uses sustainable energy systems with solar panels for heating the hot water and has the underfloor heating throughout. There is also a wood burning stove with all logs supplied. The property can sleep up to six using a full sized truckle bed in bedroom 3. This is more suited to teenagers and children as when both beds are made up there is no room either side. As a single bedroom it is perfect. There is an en-suite shower room and a family bathroom. Close by you can drive easily to many of our lovely gardens and National Trust properties. The Sussex coastline is dramatic and worth a visit as are the close by towns of Battle and Tunbridge Wells. This is a great area for walkers or cyclists.

About England

Cottages in nature

Great Britain has fresh greenery and clear air. The country, the "Countryside", is characterized by its untouched beauty. From green, beautiful hills and steep mountain ranges with amazing waterfalls, to inhospitable crevices, sand drifts, chalk cliffs in Kent, subtropical vegetation and numerous lakes. The romantic decor features the sprawling pastures and British cornfields. The characteristic hedges and stone walls frame the landscape as if it were a dream from a movie. The historical heritage is rightly the pride of the friendly inhabitants of this island. From all the holiday homes in the UK, there is a nice piece of nature to explore.
