Dream place with sea plot and own jetty. Welcome to this wonderful oasis, a fantastic stylish house with tasteful furnishings and newly built with all amenities. As well as an inviting large terrace, pier deck with sun loungers, swimming at private pier, several dining areas where you like to spend the day enjoying the sunsets. The house with its open floor plan and incredible views is very bright and airy with large windows.
There are three bedrooms one with double bed and two smaller rooms with bunk beds, right next to the large house is the nice guest house with two beds. The house with panoramic windows has a large dining area with 10 chairs and a fantastic lounge area with two sofas and large screen TV. The kitchen is open with patio doors to the sea, in the kitchen there are all amenities, the bathroom is next to the entrance with shower, electric toilet, washing machine and dryer.
The beautiful road to the house towards Stegeborg-Spinkenäsudden ST: Anna's archipelago is idyllic, you park your car at the boat dock or a bit further away. To get to the house, you have to walk through a forest path about: 200 meters which is a little hilly and not so wide not handicap friendly. But once at the house, a place opens up that is absolutely fantastic and the holiday can begin.
The Sankt Anna archipelago is located in the middle of the Östgöta archipelago and stretches from Aspöja in the north to Södra Finnö in the south. The coastline is famous for its many nature reserves and thousands of islands and bays.
Here you enjoy the sea, the view, the forest, hiking, fishing and swimming at the pier. Or just take it easy and socialize on all large living areas both indoors and outdoors. For those who want experiences and activities, the surroundings have a lot to offer. Hike stegeborgsslingan around experience the landscape's rich cultural history, beautiful natural environments and oak landscape, the trail is about 12 km long. Stegeborg's castle ruins and Örtagården open all year round are close to the entrance to the Göta Canal with all the beautiful pass boats. Cozy harbor restaurant a real archipelago restaurant by the sea, summer café with homemade goodies. Ice cream parlor and kiosk next to the harbor restaurant and a country store a bit away.
Kayaking or canoeing is popular through bays and islets. For those who want to fish, there are plenty of fish, and the bird kingdom right next door to the sea. Boat can be booked on site by the homeowner (Contact the homeowner before arrival). Söderköping 17 km away is a charming small town idyll with the Göta Canal running through the city, surrounded by old buildings, shopping, cultural monuments and restaurants along the harbor. Kolmården's Zoo is an hour's drive bort.
Bed linen and towels are brought by the guest, the house is not rented out to youth gangs or companies.

The Kolmården Wildlife Park is situated north of Norrköping. Here you can meet animals from all over the world. Here the day passes by very easily with a lot of fantastic experiences for the entire family. The safari park offers a great adventure as you can sit in the cable car that goes over the safari park's exciting animals.
Linköping is the fifth biggest city in Sweden. It is lively and has a high pulse. It has a lot of bars, theatres and an impressing selection of restaurants for every taste and at any price level. Do you love to go shopping? If the answer is yes, the city is an Eldorado with a lot of shops and galleries. But it also has something to offer for those interested in cultural experiences – you might visit the old Linköping, the cathedral or the Air Force Museum. There are several beautiful castles, e.g. Ekenäs Castle which has the annually held rover tournament. Go exploring along the Göta Canal, which flows into the Roxen Lake, and along the Kinda canal down to the Kinda lakes which have beautiful surroundings with a lot of locks.
Reijmyre is situated in Norrköping municipality. The Reijmyre glassworks are some of the oldest in Sweden and were founded in 1810. It is beautifully located between Norrköping and Finspång in the middle of the deep Kolmård forest. The nearest archipelago is Arkösund, a small community by the sea, which is full of life in the summer, and here you will find many shops, pubs and hotels offering entertainment. Furthermore you will find the open air theatre, stalls with fine craft, yachting opportunities, ice-cream booths and magnificent bathing opportunities at Badholmarna.
Söderköping has beautiful surroundings, and it is especially a nice place in the summer. Enjoy the nice old town or go by bike along the canal. Climb the Ramunderberg and experience the town from above. Afterwards you can relax with one of the famous ice creams at Smultronstället, or you can try a Spanish lunch table at the restaurant La Uva which is located in the centre of the town square.
In the heart of Valdemarsvik you will find the popular marina. The Gryt and Tjust archipelagos with rocky as well as sandy beaches are very popular bathing beaches in the summer. Experience Astrid Lindgren’s adventurous world in Vimmerby in the northern part of Småland together with your children or grand children. It was here that the stories about Pippi Langstrømpe and Emil from Lønneberg were created.

The midsummer party in Sweden is truly unique. To many it is a symbol of the lightness, the light and the life force symbolic of the Nordic summer. Midsummer in Sweden is the biggest celebration of solstice in Scandinavia.
When the most Swedish of Swedish parties approach, the whole country is exited. Midsummer is traditionally a feast celebrated with family and friends, but if you are a tourist you are welcome to join the festivities. It is celebrated all over the country - by the coast, in the skerries, by idyllic lakes, in the mountains or one of the islands. All is good, as long as there is plenty of pristine and diverse nature around.
Shortly after booking holiday accommodation through DanCenter you will receive your booking confirmation by post. This confirmation constitutes your rental agreement and contains all necessary information. On the first page you will find information the addresses of your holiday home and the key pick up place, as well as a route description. At the bottom of the page there is a detachable post card for ordering miscellaneous extras, which can be useful to have while on holiday. On the following pages you will find the invoice for the stay you have booked complete with transfer order/inpayment form, stating the due date.
On arrival at the key pick up point, you will be asked to present your rental agreement whereupon you will be handed your key. More often than not electricity, water and other charges are included in the rental amount. Where this is not the case you will also receive an electricity-envelope on which the meter readings of all consumption dependant expenses are to be noted upon arrival as well as departure.
If you wish to rent a boat or engine however, you need to give notice no less than a month before arrival.
Time of arrival Arrival can take place from 4 p.m. on the day the rental period commences. If you expect to arrive at a different time please arrange this with the contact person in advance. Contact information can be found on your rental agreement.
On the detachable post card at the bottom of the rental agreement, miscellaneous extras can be ordered - however only those stated in the description of your holiday home.
All holiday homes are equipped with all kitchen utensils necessary for the maximum amount of persons, which the house can room. Bed linen, dish cloths, table cloths etc. can in some places be rented.
On the post card you can also order the final cleaning, if this is mentioned in the description of your holiday home.
All extras must be ordered in conjunction with sending the notice of arrival no less than 14 days before commencement of the rental period. If you wish to rent a boat or engine however you need to give notice no less than a month before arrival.
If you have rented a holiday home in which pets are permitted please remember that it is a lengthy and quite difficult process to obtain all necessary permits for the import of pets to Sweden. Therefore please contact the Swedish Tourist Board or embassy well in advance.
If you have booked a holiday home in Sweden you can either go via Copenhagen across the Øresund Bridge or take a ferry. The bridge toll is 225,- Danish Kroner/crossing. If you choose to go by ferry please remember to order your tickets well in advance.
