“Het was totaal geen aangename verblijf. Ik heb via Belvilla een huisje geboekt in Spanje, de beschrijving leek helemaal top en wel. We hebben 2 kids onder de 2 jaar, er werd gezegd dat er een babybed babybox en kinderstoel ging zijn, niets bleek waar te zijn. Aangekomen namen we contact met de contactpersoon die we kregen doorverwezen, deze kwam niet eens opdagen waardoor we alles zelf moesten doen; zelf het huisje gaan zoeken dat zich op een vakantiepark bevond, ook de sleutels moesten we maar vinden. Eenmaal aangekomen na veel zoeken, kwamen we binnen in een stort van een woning, helaas kan ik hier geen foto’s of video’s plaatsen anders had k deze zeker gedeeld, er was niets schoongemaakt. De keuken was er vuil, zo ook de badkamer met vuile handdoeken in de badkuip, de slaapkamers zagen er ook niet normaal uit, gebruikte dekbedden en on opgemaakte bedden; de vloer was ranzig,… meteen gebeld met de belvilla sos lijn, de man leek vriendelijk aan de lijn, gaf aan dit te bespreken met de eigenaar en zou me terug bellen. Tot de dag van vandaag geen telefoontje terug gehad van meneer. Ook via mail een bericht gestuurd met de foto’s en video’s van de toestand ook hierop nooit een reactie op gehad. Ik moest maar men plan trekken met 2 kleine kids. Zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Uiteindelijk ook 2 dagen eerder vertrokken….”
