Stunning villa in an exclusive private residence in the popular area of ​​Sa Coma, on the east coast of Mallorca. The villa, with Mediterranean style, has approximately 200 square feet on two floors, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One bedroom is downstairs and has a bathroom with shower and access to the terrace. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs and share two bathrooms (one with bath).

On the lower level are also a living room with fireplace and access to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, toaster, microwave and coffee maker.

The exterior of the house is gorgeous, and feature a terrace, a garden with lawn, outside shower and a huge pool of 12m x 6m (0.80m x 1.80m deep).

Sa Coma is a small village near Porto Cristo, on the east coast of Mallorca. The beach of clean and white sand extends over a length of almost 1 kilometer. The water of this beach was awarded for its good quality with the Blue Flag. Behind the beach is a long promenade, which connects with the small resort of S'illot.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
