All precious corners in this wonderful villa are truly wonderful thanks to the care and delicacy that emanates from them. The green lawn around the beautiful chlorine infinity pool -sizing 11 x 4 metres and with a water depth from 1.3 to 1.85 metres- is the best touch of colour and joy for the house. In addition, the views to the fields and mountains provoke this feeling of peace and calmness while you bask in the sun on one of the 6 sun loungers or enjoy a cool dip in the water. Under the thatched roof the best banquet awaits, one that you can cook on the gas barbecue. Then, you can withdraw with a good reading and a glass of wine on the hanging armchair or at any other corner that this villa hides. Besides, the property is fenced and it offers total privacy although you will find spotted neighbours around.

Regarding the house, this is a quite functional construction following the Mallorcan architectural style that can be seen and felt in the stone walls and the typical layout of just one floor. When you enter, you find a luminous and huge living-dining-kitchen. As if you were eyeing a decor magazine, the room mixes simplicity with modernity and warmth, becoming the dream of those who love cooking being surrounded by family or friends, since you can cook delicious dishes on the ceramic hob while enjoying an appetiser on the beautiful island or laying the table and listening to your favourite music CD. Afterwards, the best plan is to take a nap on the sofa or to rest, at least, while watching the satellite TV channels. The laundry room of the house is independent and it offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house comprises three bedroom where you can rest after a long day full of activities. All bedrooms have twin beds, closet, AC, TV-Sat and direct access to the terrace. One also has an en-suite shower bathroom, and another two bathrooms with a shower each complete the accommodation. In case you are travelling with your baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair. In addition, a gym area is included.

This finca is really near Felanitx, about 4.5 km away, so all services will be handy, including shops, restaurants, leisure and basic services. The Ma-5120 road leads to several beaches and coves like Cala Marsal, located 20.9 km away, among many others. If you like playing golf, the course Vall d'Or is about 17.5 km away and there you can spend a day.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
