Superb house 240 m2 on a plot with a total area of ​​approximately 36,000 m2.The pool area (with dimensions of 10.00 x 5.00 m and a depth of 1.00 to 1.80 meters) invites to plunge relax and sunbathe on the loungers. The lawn is about 200 square meters. There are outdoor shower and barbecue. The bright living room is comfortably furnished and equipped with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV, DVD player.

The modern kitchen is open to the living room, fully equipped with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. In addition to this kitchen is an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, oven, sink and dishwasher. The house has a spacious dining room with a dining table.

There are 3 bedrooms, one downstairs and two upstairs . Two of them are equipped with a double bed, while the third bedroom with 2 single beds.

Muro is located between the Port of Alcudia and Can Picafort. The sea with a beautiful sandy beach is located about 11 km. To 1.5 km there are restaurants, supermarkets and numerous leisure facilities. It is an experience to visit the town of Muro in the village there are magnificent mansions. Do not miss the weekly market in Muro, which takes place in the town every Saturday and Sunday.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
