This ground floor mansion in a top location in Manacor has been fully modernized and offers space for 4 people. It is ideal for a family with children to enjoy a comfortable stay. The house is surrounded by gardens, a veranda and a terrace, so you have plenty of spots to spend some quality time.

The farm is close to Manacor, a few minutes' drive from the coast and close to many beautiful beaches. The Pula Golf Course is approximately 22 km away.

The house has a large living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, satellite TV and WiFi. There are 2 double rooms with single beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. The plot is fenced and there are no neighbors next to it, so you enjoy total privacy. Finally, 2 cots and 2 high seats are available upon request. The house has central heating for the winter. There is outdoor parking for 4 cars. As long as the main house stands on the same farm, is not occupied by other guests, the pool is private. If the home is rented, the pool will be shared.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
