Enjoy the stunning Mediterranean climate at this beautiful finca, featuring a 7x4 meter chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.5 meters, perfect for both relaxation and play. The pool area offers sunbeds for sunbathing and trees for a quiet reading retreat. A spacious terrace with a built-in barbecue is ideal for family meals, with a large table seating up to 12 guests. Surrounded by greenery and set in a peaceful, fenced property with no neighbors, tranquility is assured.

This 400 m² home spans three stories and combines simple, comfortable furnishings with all the amenities to make you feel at home. The open-plan living area includes a cozy lounge with satellite TV, sofas, and a wood stove, as well as a dining area for 12 people. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a gas stove, oven, wood oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and a small table for helpers. A laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board is also available.

On the ground floor, you'll find two bedrooms, a closet, a fan, and a shower bathroom. The first floor holds three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, fan, and closet. There's also a playroom with consoles and another shower bathroom. The home offers central heating for winter stays, and baby amenities (cot and high chair) can be provided on request.

Located in a rural area, the house is just 2 km from the village, where you'll find supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. The finca is perfectly situated to explore the island’s beaches, mountains, and vibrant city life. Pets are welcome, and the house includes parking for three cars. Events are not allowed. Tourist tax applies.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
