Just a few steps from the small shopping centre of San Marcial de Rubicon is this holiday home in Playa Blanca's Las Palmas is renovated in 2022 It is very close to the splendid Marina of Rubicon with its trendy restaurants and bars and its superb shops. The home's terrace offers a breathtaking sea view and is located on the island of Fuerteventura near the ocean and beaches.

This house's surroundings are equally enriching as there is a bicycle rental, buggy, kayaks, horse riding, Timanfaya National Park, Cueva de los Verdes caves, Cactus Garden and a César Manrique Foundation to explore at leisure.

The house is composed of a new, fully-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, a living room with a library and TV, free WiFi, a separate dining room, an office area, access to the furnished garden with deckchairs and an outdoor lounge and a private swimming pool. The first floor has a master suite with king size bed and a furnished terrace.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
