On the 2000 square meter large estate with fruit trees and lawns you can spend delicious hours far away from the crowds. Different terraces with cozy seats invite to linger, just like the winter garden and the covered barbecue area. The indoor swimming pool is surrounded by a window at the front, some of which can be opened so that it can be used both in the summer and in the winter. Your holiday home is approximately 10 kilometers from the beaches inland, north of Ingenio. Ingenio is particularly known to its handicraft on the island of Gran Canaria - you can buy embroidery, ceramic products and paintings in the municipal craft workshop, which also offers courses and workshops for interested people. Various restaurants in Ingenio offer both traditional dishes (eg homemade farmers bread - Pan de Puño and soup - Sopa de Virgen) as international dishes.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
