On the covered terrace with comfortable lounge furniture, you can start your day with a leisurely breakfast - a bread service is included for you. On ninety square meters, four people will find enough space to withdraw. The villa is equipped with WiFi (for a fee), air conditioning and German-language satellite TV, so that nothing stands in the way of a carefree stay.
The charming residential complex with several villas is wonderfully embedded in the mountain landscape of Maspalomas. For daily needs you can get supplies in the nearby small supermarket, but of course there is also a restaurant.
Currently, guests can use the north and south golf course. The south golf course (18 holes) has a length of 6,112 meters and a par of 71 strokes. The north golf course (18 holes) has a length of 5,524 meters and a par of 72 shots. Villa guests receive a green fee discount.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
