Zoutelande is framed by high dunes and vast sandy beaches. These beaches are known for their south-facing position and their characteristic wooden pile heads. Thanks to a unique interplay of wind and water, Zeeland has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands. A refreshing dip on a hot summer day or a breath of fresh air in the fall, the beach has an irresistible appeal every season! Land and sea offer countless recreational opportunities: from kite surfing and stunt flying to wonderfully undisturbed cycling or walking along the many nature reserves in the hinterland.

This is because there are several apartments of this type. You can indicate a preference by telephone via Belvilla. There is one parking space per suite in a parking lot within walking distance or a parking permit holder parking space has been reserved for one car, for this, it must be stated on the license plate. There is a central storage room for storing bicycles and a room for washing and drying. A camping cot and high chair can be rented separately.The spacious living room with a sitting area offers a beautiful view. The open kitchen is fully-equipped, such as a hob, dishwasher, oven, kettle and Nespresso. The spacious bedroom has a comfortable double box-spring bed to doze off in after a long day of vacation. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a sink and shower. There is a separate toilet and the interior of the house may differ slightly from the photos, but the comfort level is as described.

Pay attention! There is no balcony or terrace and no elevator either.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
