Located in Almogía, surrounded by mountain views and peaceful settings, this beautiful holiday home is an ideal place for vacationing with family. The home features a private swimming pool and a cosy terrace for enjoying the maximum time here.

You can visit the nearest town of Casabermeja, in the heart of Andalusia. The house is situated in a very nice location where you will encounter sheep and goats on a regular interval. The place has some good bars, restaurants and shops where you can indulge yourself. The house is 40 minutes drive away from the beach.

You can park your cars here. End the day with a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool. The air conditioning will keep you cool in the hot Spanish summers. In the evenings, you can enjoy your drinks on the terrace.

A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car!
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
