This comfortable residence on the Spanish Costa Calida has a quiet location and many facilities that make a holiday in the sun more enjoyable. It is therefore ideal for holidays with family or friends and offers a very family-like and warm atmosphere.

There is much to see in the area, including the castle and observatory of Puerto Lumbreras, the weekly markets, the castle of Lorca, the historical monuments, cozy squares, terraces, shops. The coastal town of Aguilas with beautiful beaches and bays is also not far. There is also the possibility for cycling and walking tours in the area. Restaurants and bars in a radius of 3 to 4 km.
There is a water amusement park in Vera. You can reach the beach at Playa del Charco in about 45 minutes by car.

Television is shared in the bar, not in the apartment. Relax with a good book in the attractively furnished garden and end your holiday days relaxing on the private balcony/terrace. Parking is available at the house.

Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
