An unforgettable vacation awaits you in the fishing village of L'Escala. This 3-bedroom holiday home accommodates 6 people and is ideal for a group or families with children. It is near the beaches of Montgó and Riells l'Escala and features a private swimming pool to cool off on a hot summer day.

The Riells beach at 1 km and Montgó beach at 3 km has clear waters and is surrounded by lovely pine trees. You can visit the nearby Dali Museum in Figueres. The medieval town of Sant Marti d'Empúries at 5 km is also worth a visit. Horse riding and water sports are nearby. Both supermarket and restaurants are at 2 km.

The living-dining room is cozy with a fireplace, TV, and stereo unit. The veranda has a 6-seater dining table to enjoy meals. Your kids can play safely in the fenced garden while you lie down on the sun loungers relaxing. The home provides cot and high chair at a small fee.

Girona-Costa Brava Airport is at 55 km and motorway is at 22 km.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 200 / 300 may apply.
To safeguard our property and the well-being of our guests, individuals under 25 years of age may be subject to additional verification to clarify the intent of their stay.
We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred.
We embrace the spirit of community and shared experiences; however, our property must be enjoyed with respect and consideration for others. We strictly prohibit parties or disruptive behaviour. To maintain this standard, we've installed noise and heat sensors to detect any unauthorized gatherings or additional guests. Should these alarms be triggered, our security team will intervene, and it may impact your security deposit.
Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.
To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 23:00 to 9:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
