“Beautiful view and a beautiful outdoor space. Inside it could definitely use an update. Renovating the bathrooms and especially new and larger beds are a necessity. Otherwise a beautiful area, Blanes is highly recommended.”

“Unfortunately, the house was in a very dirty condition when we arrived. We had to completely clean both the kitchen and all bathrooms. The shower curtains were partly moldy, the layer of dust on the kitchen wasn't too bad either. There was an artificial fingernail next to the TV, you could have baked bread from the crumbs between the couch cushions. We had to wash the dishes, glasses and other kitchen utensils first before we could even use them. The pans were so scratched we bought 2 new ones. The 3 (!) coffee machines all had a different defect, the grill was in a desolate condition. (You have to say that we got a new coffee machine and a new grill on the same day). The furniture was very old and worn, the beds were too short and the mattresses were worn out to the extreme, so that you almost had the slatted frame could feel. A large part of the wardrobes were locked, so there wasn't really much space for the clothes of 10 people. The floors were dirty and had to be cleaned, we never walked barefoot there. All in all, this house needed a major cleaning and is also in need of renovation . New mattresses are also needed, otherwise some people could really have back problems. The garden and the pool area were very nice. A few tiles in the pool have come loose, which we also stated during our stay, but this was not addressed. Nevertheless, we were outside every day because it was definitely cleaner there. And for that we had to pay 120.00 euros for basic cleaning, which we practically did ourselves at the beginning of our stay. I would not book this house again and I can unfortunately not recommended to anyone.”

“In addition to the spacious villa, we also have the fullest every day enjoyed the view and the pool. Handy was the presence of Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dishwasher and even BBQ.”

“We were 9 people in this house, a space and a lovely pool. We got there and the next morning we found out that the cooling section of the refrigerator \/ freezer was not working, which was fortunately resolved on Monday we got a new refrigerator. The house is quietly situated at the entrance of a residential area and has a magnificent view. The house was otherwise exactly like the pictures. Good service from the ladies who manage the villa.”

About the holiday home

This modern villa in Blanes with 5 bedrooms has a private swimming pool and a private terrace to relax. This accommodation welcomes 10 guests, perfect for families to stay. For reasons of tranquility, this holiday home is not rented to youngsters.

The beautiful sandy beach of Blanes is only 2.5 km away, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the sea. The promenade is also lined with several cafes, restaurants, and shops. A little further away is the fantastic Girona (38 km) with its historic cathedral and the special Moorish baths.

The roofed terrace is equipped with garden furniture, that affords breathtaking views of the bay nearby. The sliding doors of the patio open to a cozy living room and an adjoining kitchen. The first floor of the house is furnished with bedrooms and another terrace. There is also a fenced garden to unwind and a barbecue to enjoy. The host also provides a children's bed and a high chair for a small fee.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
