“It was a nice house, a bit dusty, and the living room could not be heated. So I bought blankets to spend time in the living room in the evenings. Equipment in the kitchen was not as clean as we are used to, so only used the oven. Nice lady who received us, gave us the keys and arranged everything quickly and effectively when we left.”

“The house has no cosiness, it is just for rental.It has a cold atmosphere.Nothing matches in the house, bedsheets all different colour. Not enough towels, 1 bed cover (how is it when you want to wash this). Few tiles were broken. It is a house for 8 persons but only 3 sunbeds. Make good agreements for the costs. Pool heating costs a lot make good agreements what it will cost in total..if you pay for electricity that is ok but not extra for 'using' the heater. BBQ costs €10/ day for using it, why? It's there… I am not paying extra for using the oven, washing machine, dishwasher. For the owner:put some warm elements in the house and get rid of the Dolce Gusto machine, in these days people want Nespresso. Repair the tiles.Extra towels for in the kitchen.More bedsheets with warm colors.”

This 3-bedroom modern villa in Orihuela located 1 km away from Vistabella golf course , can house up to 8 guests. It has a private pool and access to free WiFi.

Located near the cities of Elche and Torrevieja. The sea of Guardamar is 25 km away. Visit the reservoir of Embalse de la Pedrera and S.I. Cathedral. The museum and historic house of Casa-Museo de Miguel Hernandez is worth a visit. You can avail general supplies at a distance of 500 m. Take a trip to the theme and leisure park in the city of Alicante, located nearby.
