“Unfortunately, on arrival there was no one present to explain the house. We did have contact by phone. The house/furniture has been refurbished, so not all photos correspond to reality. There are now air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and there is an extra fridge-freezer in the bedroom near the pool. The pool no longer has a wall staircase, but a staircase in the water. All pluses. The pool is heated, but this is at an additional cost. We found the house a bit on the dusty side. There are cleaning supplies in the house, so we cleaned a few things ourselves There are also inflatable attributes for the pool. It is a pity that the air hockey table did not seem to work and that the man-annoy-you-not board game was nowhere to be seen. The garden is, next to the paths, fully furnished with white pebbles.The kitchen was well equipped, where, for example, spice jars, sugar, tea bags and aluminum foil was present.Outside is a great barbecue.The environment was calm.We would have liked it if there was a room in the living room and kitchen window. wax coating. All in all, this was a great location to spend your holiday in complete tranquility. (7/10)”

“Kitchen equipment as good as absent: no frying pan, no usable other pans, no kitchen knives. Impossible to fry or even cook an egg, let alone to prepare an entire meal. Bed broken (slatted frame broken), jacuzzi broken, sauna / shower broken. Six keys for the different doors with locks so a lot of struggle to lock and open. All furniture seems to come from the thrift store. Overall very disappointing experience where we paid €1795 for a week. Never again.”

“Very spacious and beautiful villa. Lovely pool.Lots of night noise from dogs. It is a pity that a farmer from a lower piece of orchard chopped wood a whole Saturday, which gave a lot of noise and another day trees were sprayed with poison (then we fled, the steam came to the terrace). Still had a very good holiday , very good location, many beautiful cities can visit.Jammer that the guarantee they asked on arrival, higher than the one on the site staat.De villa is usually through Belvilla rented and there is the guarantee higher.”

Only downside we found that there was no air con in the other bedrooms .. we took our children to our room. Furthermore, we have not heard anything about our deposit until now. This spacious villa is located in Altea la Vella (Altea). It has 3 bedrooms to host 6 guests and is ideal for families or groups. There is a roofed swimming pool and bubble bath for you to enjoy to the maximum.

The supermarket and restaurants are all nearby at 2 km. If you plan a day at the beach, the sea is only 7 km away. Swing your golf club and polish this sport, 3 km away.

This villa has an open kitchen which includes a coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. You have a fenced garden with garden furniture to relax outdoors while enjoying the barbecue. Heating and air-conditioning in the house will keep comfortable throughout the year. 2 pets are allowed at an additional charge of € 30/pet/stay.
