In this spacious holiday villa, suitable for 6 people, you have complete privacy and tranquility. From the villa there is a phenomenal view over the bay of Granadella and the impressive mountain of the Montgo. In the fully enclosed Mediterranean garden, children can play or jump on the trampoline. You have a nice swimming pool and several sitting areas.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Your villa is located in the upper district of Balcón al Mar, a short distance from the Cap de la Nau lighthouse, and near spectacularly located restaurant where you have a fantastic view of the area.

Tips for a day at the beach: the bay of Portichol (1 km) or Granadella (5 km), both with a pebble beach. The bays are ideal for a real snorkeling adventure. Or will it be the well-known sandy beach El Arenal (4 km) with a renovated pleasant boulevard with many trendy restaurants, terraces and shops? Here you can also rent a boat or jet ski.

The center of Javea with characteristic streets and squares is 5 km away. Also at 5 km you will find the 9-hole golf club with not only a practice green and driving range, but also 2 tennis courts and a clubhouse.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
