This is a wonderful 4-bedroom ground floor villa in Moraira to enjoy a relaxing holiday. It features a large private pool and a wonderful south-facing sun terrace with reclining seats. It is ideal for a family, two smaller families or a group travelling together.

The gorgeous area is very suitable for long and enjoyable day trips. Restaurants area at 800 m while grocery stores are 2 km away. To get active, you can head to the tennis court or golf course at 1 km. You can visit Guadelest at 50 km, the ultimate Costa Blanca tourist hot spot or the well-known town of Benidorm at 30 km. If you are hooked on the sun, sea, and beach, there is a pleasant seabeach is 3 km.

This stay is fitted with electric heating and a fireplace. All bedrooms are air-conditioned which is also served as heating in winter. There is a covered terrace with a lounge area where you can enjoy meals and outdoor living under the pergola. In the fenced, furnished garden, you can gather around the barbecue and enjoy smoked meals with some wine. There is a carport under which you can park your car. There is also a possibility to park the car, without problem, on the street.

Reservations for groups of persons under 24 years of age are not permitted

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
