Only a few steps to the Atlantic Ocean! The two semi-detached houses built in 2015 are modern and in terms of color coordinated: one in red and one in blue tones. They are located directly on the north coast of Pico and the incomparable view from the spacious balcony on the wild sea, the piece of coast and the neighboring island of São Jorge will inspire you. A natural swimming pool and a public, partially covered picnic area are just 100 meters away. Extras included: consumption-based energy costs, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, wifi, welcome pack.



Activities in the area: Pico is a popular destination for many nature lovers: the contrast between the green vegetation and the characteristic lava field immediately catches the eye. The beautiful landscape can be explored on numerous hiking trails of different levels of difficulty. Excursions to spot marine mammals, bird watching, the whale museum in São Roque and the well-known wine culture landscape are other leisure activities that the island has to offer.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
