If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you have come to the right place: The stone house typical of the region is located in the middle of the characteristic landscape of Pico, which is characterized by lava stone. From the outside, typical island lava stone house, inside comfortably furnished, the small house conveys a really cozy atmosphere. In the inner courtyard, a seating and barbecue area invites you to enjoy meals outdoors. Here you can spend undisturbed hours, with good visibility even with a view of the volcanic cone Montanha do Pico. The nearest houses are a long way away, but both Madalena and São Roque do Pico can be easily reached by car within a few minutes. The roaring Atlantic waves are only 400 m away; There are natural swimming pools in São Roque, among others.

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
