The holiday house is located on a very well-maintained, fenced, private property on the outskirts of Kołobrzeg. The owner's private house is located on the same property. Guests staying in the cottage, however, have a lot of privacy, the area is at their sole disposal. The seaside beach is about 4 km away. To the center of the resort approx. 3.5 km. At the same distance is the neighboring seaside town (Grzybowo), with many restaurants and cafes.
The holiday home is two-storey and has a spacious, covered terrace on the ground floor and a balcony on the first floor. On the ground floor of the cottage there is a living room with a table with chairs and a TV. The living room is connected to the kitchen. On the ground floor there are also 2 separate double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The first floor of the house is an open space arranged for a large double bedroom with a separate seating area. A set of garden furniture awaits on the terrace. There is barbecue facilities.
On the fenced property shared with the owner of the facility (part of the area for the exclusive use of the guests of the house) there is a parking lot. There is also a barbecue gazebo and a trampoline for children.
The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, parking, final cleaning.
The holiday home is located in a convenient location for both the quieter beach on the west bank of the river (Parseta) and the louder beach on the east bank with more activities (water sports, etc.).
The biggest attraction of the Kolobrzeg health resort is undoubtedly the wide, sandy seaside beach. In addition, there are many walking routes, in the seaside park, along the seaside promenade, along the historic pier, in the old town. It is worth visiting the local lighthouse, the aquarium, the seaport, the cathedral.
Attractions in the area: for families with children, we recommend visiting the Pomerania Fun Park amusement park. It is a year-round park located in the village of Dygowo (approx. 15 km from Kołobrzeg). It offers numerous carousels and trampolines. There is a Viking village, a mini zoo and many other attractions. In Kołobrzeg, it is also worth going to the Indian village, where you can get acquainted with the regions of cultures of the indigenous inhabitants of North America.
Within 3.5 km from the apartment complex there is a marina where you can rent water equipment, as well as the Milenium sports complex with an indoor swimming pool with attractions and tennis courts. There is also a canoe rental at the river bank (Parseta).
The international R-10 bicycle route runs through the resort, which makes it easy and pleasant to explore the neighboring towns by bike: Grzybowo, Dzwirzyno, Sianozety, Ustronie Morskie.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
