Comfortable family holiday resort is located in a very quiet, secluded area, only 220 m from the sandy seaside beach. The resort center with restaurants, bars and other attractions is only a few steps away. There are a total of 8 wooden terraced houses at your disposal. Each with an area of ​​50 square meters. All houses have separate entrances and a spacious terrace with a set of garden furniture and barbecue facilities.
Elegant, well-equipped two-story houses consist of a living room (TV, fold-out sofa, large dining table) connected with a kitchenette, bathroom with shower (on the ground floor) and 2 independent bedrooms (upstairs). The houses are equipped with air conditioning and heating, which ensures comfortable and comfortable rest both in summer and on cooler days. Each house has beach equipment (screen, deckchairs).
The washing machine is available to all guests of the resort (payable locally).
There is a parking lot in the fenced area of ​​the resort. There is also a table tennis table, table football, game rental and fitness equipment (outdoor gym).
There is an attractive and safe playground for the youngest, as well as a playroom.
It is possible to use a washing machine on site (for an additional fee).
Free WiFi internet access provides entertainment and access to the latest information.

Sianożęty is a small holiday resort located approx. 10 km from Kołobrzeg, in the immediate vicinity of another seaside resort - Ustronie Morskie. Sianożęty is situated right next to a wide, sandy beach. The golden sand and the gentle descent to the sea encourage holidaymakers to take sun and sea baths. In the neighboring Ustronie Morskie, there is also a 100-meter-long walking pier.
Sianożęty is a rather quiet summer resort where you can count on true relaxation. The resort is bordered by Ustronie Morskie, which, if necessary, provides many more attractions typical of seaside towns. The international R-10 bicycle route runs through Sianożęty. It runs along the coast and provides amazing views of the beaches, clear sea and charming peat bogs. From here you can easily and pleasantly get by bike to the nearby Ustronie Morskie, but also to the large Kołobrzeg.
We recommend fishing cruises in the Baltic Sea on a motor yacht. The skipper's many years of experience guarantee professionalism in fishing and handling of fishing equipment.
In the neighboring Ustronie Morskie, the open-air museum of bread is worth visiting. The building has a fantastic decor, a thatched roof, a huge water-powered mill wheel at the entrance. Inside, you can eat, for example, sour rye soup, goulash in bread and many other wonderful old Polish dishes.
Here you will have the opportunity to bake your bread in a wood-fired oven. The adventure begins with grinding the flour yourself, and then the baker goes through the stages until the very baking, at the end of the road you can taste your own bread.
In the nearby Dobrzyca there are beautiful Hortulus gardens. A real treat for people who want to see beautiful plants in wonderful arrangements. Visiting the gardens, apart from the obvious contact with nature, provides an aesthetic and spiritual experience.
An undoubted attraction of the west coast is the fishing harbor in the neighboring Ustronie Morskie. Colorful fishing boats are a charming decoration of the beach, with which tourists are eager to take photos. In the morning, fishermen set out to fish to bring the best Baltic fish with them in the afternoons and evenings, the taste of which can be enjoyed in nearby frying houses or smokehouses.

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.
