The monitored and fenced apartment complex is located in Grzybowo, a small and quiet seaside settlement, adjacent to Kołobrzeg. The area of ​​the complex is located in the center of the town, so guests accommodated here have convenient access to the entire tourist infrastructure, bars, cafes and restaurants, as well as the seaside beach, which is only 600 m away.
A comfortable and well-equipped apartment with an area of ​​58 m2 is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained building. It has a covered terrace with direct access to the lawn, ideal for relaxing and sunbathing. The apartment consists of a living room (table with chairs, TV, fold-out, comfortable, 2-seater sofa), an open, very well-equipped kitchen (including an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker), a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower (there is also a washing machine). The apartment has central heating, so it is comfortable accommodation at any time of the year.

The holiday complex has free parking, several playgrounds for children and a public tennis court (advance reservation required).

The excellent location allows direct and quick access to a wonderful and wide beach. Only 500 m from the apartment complex runs the longest bicycle path in Poland (R-10), which can be easily and pleasantly visited by bike to the neighboring resorts: Kolobrzeg, Dzwirzyno, Sianozety, Ustronie Morskie.
Grzybowo is a seaside town often chosen by tourists due to its wonderful character and location between Kołobrzeg and Dźwirzyn. Both towns offer many attractions. During your stay at our resort, you can go to the beautiful sandy beach enjoying the wonderful sea water and clean air rich in iodine. For active people, there is a seaside bicycle path lying along the seaside belt. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops in the area.
For those who need more attractions, you can go to the neighboring Kołobrzeg, where you can visit the seaport, take a walk on the pier or along the seaside promenade. Kołobrzeg is a vibrant city with a wide range of cultural and entertainment events, numerous concerts and outdoor attractions. Kołobrzeg can be reached by regular public transport, by bike or by car.
Dźwirzyno, neighboring with Grzybów from the west, is also a seaside town. It has a calmer atmosphere. It is worth visiting this settlement because of the Resko Lake, where you can spend time actively renting various types of swimming equipment. The main attraction on the lake is windsurfing due to the shallow state of the lake and the favorable wind. Dzwirzyno is also a fishing port, where you can not only buy fresh fish straight from the cutter, but also try many fish dishes in the local fishing taverns.
After a whole day, you can return to the seclusion offered by Grzybowo and relax in our climatic holiday complex.

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
