In a quiet, rural location in the province of Zeeland, this detached holiday home is within walking distance of the beach aan Zee. It is equipped with a comfortable interior, a beautiful garden, and a charging point for electric cars. This home is very suitable for a vacation with 1 or 2 families!

Enjoy sunny days on beach Gorishoek (450 m) or you can walk to the diving location at 200 m (Gorishoek de Plaat) for an exciting day. The island of Tholen is only 11 km from the accommodation and you will find authentic dikes, mills, and farmhouses surrounded by the impressive nature of the Oosterschelde National Park. The region offers beautiful cycling and walking routes and great (fish) restaurants.

The holiday home has great comfort and a well-equipped open kitchen, for preparing your favorite dishes. The fitness enthusiasts can exercise in the fitness room and the terrace is the ideal place for a relaxed afternoon with a drink of your choice.


Beach towels are not included
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 26 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
Due to construction work in the vicinity of your place of residence, there may be inconvenience in the period from April to December.

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
