This modern luxury holiday bungalow for 5 people is located in the middle of the Ruiterplaat park, a stone's throw from the Veerse Meer. Be surprised by this luxurious, bright bungalow with contemporary decor, a conservatory and a garden with lots of privacy. The house has been recently renovated and is fully equipped. The house is located on a generous plot. The conservatory has patio heating, so you can enjoy the aftertaste until late in the evening after a day on the water. On warm days, the sliding walls and electric sun blinds provide welcome coolness and shade. Next to the conservatory is a sunny south-facing terrace with sunbeds. The spacious driveway offers space for two cars.

The house has two bedrooms, one bedroom with twin beds and one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, a double sink and a toilet. There is a separate guest toilet in the hall. From the hall you also have access to the luxury kitchen with various built-in appliances including a dishwasher, a Nespresso and Senseo coffee machine, a refrigerator and a combi microwave. The attractive and modern living room has a flat screen with digital television and a wireless bluetooth speaker to play your favorite Spotify lists. Rain or shine, here you can always enjoy your holiday in an atmosphere. A washing machine and a freezer are at your disposal in the storage room.

If you book a holiday in this holiday park, you are assured of peace and space. Facilities can be found here within 5 minutes walking distance at the nearby campsite, including a small supermarket and a restaurant, but also a surfing and sailing school where you and the children can participate in a supping or windsurfing clinic, for example.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
