The beach within walking distance and 2 terraces in the spacious garden… a place to enjoy the Zeeland sun every hour of the day. From the sliding glass door in the living room you step into the large, enclosed garden (350m2). A place where children can play outside safely and where you can catch the last rays of the evening sun yourself. Moments that stay with you! This holiday home is located a 5-minute walk from the beach and 3 kilometers from Cadzand. The living room has a sitting area, TV, built-in fireplace and dining area. The open kitchen has a combi-microwave and a dishwasher, and a washing machine is also available. In total there are 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed of 1.60m (ground floor), one with a double bed of 1.60m (upper floor) and one with a bunk bed (upper floor). The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Parking is possible on site at this house. Nieuwvliet breathes the sea and you notice that when you step outside! The small, atmospheric village on the West Zeeland-Flemish coast has one of the widest and cleanest beaches in Zeeland. The shallow pools at low tide are ideal for a day at the beach with small children. But in addition to the beach, the 'hinterland' is also worth exploring. Brave headwinds by bike, walk endlessly through the polder and relax on a terrace; everything is possible from this holiday home in Nieuwvliet-Bad.

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
