The "Poldersbos" park is located in a beautiful location on the edge of the outskirts of Ouddorp. A wooded park just behind the dunes with its own beach entrance at beach pole 18. It is the quietest beach in Ouddorp where you will be alone, even in high season.This idyllically situated detached bungalow with a living area of ​​110 m2 and a garden of 1000 m2 is a true holiday paradise. The vegetation is mature and provides privacy. You will always find a lovely spot in the sun or shade zone from where you can enjoy the sound of the birds, past hipsters or a scurrying hedgehog. On the terrace you can dream away in a book under the awning or parasol. The living room is very light and has a warm atmosphere. The living room has a stone floor. The cozy living room has a 2-seater sofa and three comfortable armchairs. The luxurious open kitchen has underfloor heating and is fully furnished with all the necessary equipment to prepare a delicious meal. The kitchen has a large dining table with 6 chairs. You can walk straight into the garden through the patio doors in the kitchen. Furthermore, the house has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 x 200) and a wardrobe. The bedrooms have a laminate floor. The small bathroom has a walk-in shower with a rain and foot shower head, sink and toilet. The washing machine is located in the adjacent storage room.

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
