Celebrate holidays in luxury and comfort. This comfortable apartment has a nice sitting area with flat screen TV. Here you can enjoy a good book or a good conversation. The bedroom has a comfortable double box-spring bed to snuggle in after a long vacation day. There is a kitchen with Senseo coffee maker, combi microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment and kettle. There is a spacious bathroom with a rain shower, sink, hairdryer and toilet. You can relax on the terrace. The shared garden offers space for recreation. This studio is located next to the mill. Directly at the village center, but still quiet. The beach is 150 meters away. Parking is available in front of the door. Surroundings Zoutelande is surrounded by high dunes and extensive sandy beaches. These beaches are known for their location on the south and their characteristic wooden pole heads. Thanks to a unique combination of wind and water, Zeeland has the most sunshine hours in the Netherlands. A refreshing dip on a warm summer day or a breath of fresh air in the fall, the beach has an irresistible attraction every season! Land and sea offer countless recreational opportunities: from kite surfing and stunt flying to wonderfully undisturbed cycling or walking along the many nature reserves in the hinterland.

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
