Located in Zuidzande, this luxury farmhouse is perfect for a lovely getaway. This farmhouse has 10 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 24 guests. The terrace here is a great place to have a lovely bonfire evening with your friends and family.

The nearest supermarkets and restaurants are just 1000 m away from the stay. The farmhouse is only 8 km from the sea if you wish to plan a day at the beach. The town centre is only 5 km away.

Central floor heating and fireplace are provided to keep you warm and cosy inside. Parking is available for the guests. Play equipment, football goal and trampoline are in the farmhouse. Bicycle storage are in place for your convenience. A sitting room for 14 with fireplace and stereo unit calls for amazing musical night.

Guests can check-in between 4-6 PM and check-out between 9-10 AM.

Note: The guests coming after 18:00 hours will not be accommodated that night, and they will have to find a place somewhere else because the house owner does not stay at the accommodation. Hence, it is difficult for them to offer stay at that particular time.



Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
